The office seems to need updating, the office staff is not very helpful unless you use a firm voice with them to show you are not happy, and the doctor seems very scatterbrained and will actually tell patients that she doesn’t know what to do. They schedule you for phone appointments even if you did not request that, and then while you are on the phone the doctor is telling you that they need to talk fast because they have patients in the office they need to get to. Horrible doctor. They don't call elderly patients back ever! Even in emergencies. They do not have good care and do not care about your family members. Steer clear of doctors like this. Coming from a nurse that does not work in this state, but my Grandmother has been treated very badly.
Does not have time to hear out the patients. General doctor appointments the doctor should give you 15 to 20 min. Your lucky if you get 5 min after an hour of wait time.
