I would give this practice a O if its possible. We were scheduled for a 2:00pm appointment. Didn’t get seen for another 30 minutes. The main and most concerning issue was this appointment was for a family member with special needs.. after taking a few X-rays.. the doctor saw her for literally 3 minutes.. claimed to check her teeth in those 3 minutes and “ pointed out many issues and “ did a cleaning”. Won’t even give one star .. made fresh appointment .. when we showed up doctor wasn’t in. She left .. very unprofessional
Najla Najeeb is the worst dentist I've ever been to. During my first visit, she claimed I had cavities in all my teeth and some infection. After doing cleaning and X-rays, she scheduled me for fillings. But in my next visit, she drilled my teeth on the right side and did fillings, then scheduled another appointment for the left side, saying she couldn't do all at once. Not gentle. I was having pain still she didn't stop I didn't feel safe next to her . There was water all over my face . Very disgusting. She orders to do things that are not even needed. I feel like she is frauding for insurance money . Insurance need to know .
Sorry but not a good experience. . I mean if u have a assistance she is supposed to help the dentist . Now you can't expect the patient to hold your equipment . I have never seen a dentist telling a patient to hold a water sucker pipe. Then not even sucking the blood and water in my mouth . Horrible.
