I saw Dr. Nai Lain in February and was very disappointed with the service. I paid $360 for a consultation that lasted around 15 minutes, and the receptionist was unable to give me a receipt at the time because there was no printer. A few months later, I went back to request the receipt so I could make a medical claim, and I was told it would be sent when they go back to their office. After seeing so many not so great reviews on here I wasn’t sure what to expect but Dr Lai was great, he was polite and friendly and listened to what I had to say and referred me for relevant testing, can’t ask for much more.

I have FND and I waited 18 months to see a neurologist when I saw him it was over in 15 min and all I get told is you have FND could not believe it

What a greedy rogue! 5 minute consultation in which he asked me a few questions, I walked across the room, he looked at my eyes and declared it’s not a neurological issue it’s an ENT issue. This could have been ascertained prior to me attending, I recall I even asked the receptionist if he had experience treating my condition and she replied that he had. He charged me the full fee for that, I’m disgusted.
