I saw Dr Nai Lai in Jan, the first consultation took 10 minutes and charged me $360, only he did is to ask me to do another testing on the spot which cost another $360, so total cost me $720. Second time the consultation took less than 5 minutes and charged $140, the time is too short so I even didn’t need to pay the parking fee 😥, parking fee is starting from 15 minutes. I saw Dr. Nai Lain in February and was very disappointed with the service. I paid $360 for a consultation that lasted around 15 minutes, and the receptionist was unable to give me a receipt at the time because there was no printer. A few months later, I went back to request the receipt so I could make a medical claim, and I was told it would be sent when they go back to their office. After seeing so many not so great reviews on here I wasn’t sure what to expect but Dr Lai was great, he was polite and friendly and listened to what I had to say and referred me for relevant testing, can’t ask for much more.

I have FND and I waited 18 months to see a neurologist when I saw him it was over in 15 min and all I get told is you have FND could not believe it
