I have been seeing Dr Lai for almost 3 years every 12 weeks or so for treatment and I have never once had to wait for him if anything he has been waiting for me to come in for my appointment. He has always been very thorough and listened to me and my concerns. He was quite serious my first visit but I just took it as he was going over everything to be able to treat my concerns. Do not waste your time with this so called doctor he is unbelievably rude, not allowed to ask questions, speaks over answers, wouldnt give second opinion on my scans and just wanted to send me for the same scans ive already had the reviews dont lie!! Waste of time and money!!!!!
I could not recommend Dr Lai highly enough! I have seen so many bad reviews, in my opinion I could not have seen a better Dr. After seeing my results he was genuinely interested in doing what he could to help. He was recommended as the best in his field and I can see why. I would not trust my health with anyone else, he really is the best!
I saw Dr Nai Lai in Jan, the first consultation took 10 minutes and charged me $360, only he did is to ask me to do another testing on the spot which cost another $360, so total cost me $720. Second time the consultation took less than 5 minutes and charged $140, the time is too short so I even didn’t need to pay the parking fee 😥, parking fee is starting from 15 minutes.
