I took my 98 year old Mother to the Warner Plaza Urgent Care Facility on Thanksgiving Day (11/26/15) for medical attention for a 5-6" tear in her forearm skin. On this date, our experience was delightful because we were seen by Dr. Enrico Melson and his staff. They treated my Mother and I with respect and kindness, caring for her every need and assuring her she would feel no pain as they used tape strips to close the gap in her skin.
