I just called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I am new to the area and looking for a new physician. It certainly will not be this doctor's office. She said she was too busy and seemed put out to make an appointment for my 92 year old MIL who was just discharged from the hospital. When I told her I was making the appointment for her she sighed and said, oh brother. PLEASE ensure your office staff are more professional.
Dr Sharma accepts no responsibility to meet with you at your appointed time. Expect to wait more than an hour, even if you have the first appointment of the day or the first of the afternoon. I know that emergencies happen but this is every single appointment, in my experience. I won't go back.
