The Dr refused to do a prior authorization letter to my insurance company and told me my general practice Dr is responsible for doing that even though she is the prescribing Dr. This Dr is highly unwilling to do anything other than the bare minimum. I would steer clear.
I have often had trouble with finding doctors that I feel comfortable with, but Dr. Pavuluri is by far one of the best. I have been seeing her for over two years now, and she has helped me through some difficult times. She is attentive and supportive and I always leave our sessions feeling rejuvenated and optimistic about the future. Not only is she great at what she does, it is clear that she loves her work and approaches everyone with kindness and care. I am very grateful.
