Unfortunately I would give Zero if I could. I had a terrible experience with Dr. K on my first and ONLY appointment in 2024 when she questioned results of previous blood work ordered by other physicians and made me feel undermined and ignored when I asked questions about the blood work and symptoms I was experiencing for a while. She made a comment that implied that my symptoms, which I had already been dealing with for more than a year, were "psychosomatic". Great Staff!!
I have been with Dr. K for 2 years now, she has always treated me professionally and with courtesy. The front staff has also been courteous. Dr K is a no nonsense doctor who has always made sure of my medications and any specialty medical needs.
I saw Dr. K for the first time recently and my experience was head and shoulders above my previous primary care. Dr. K reviewed my medical history prior to seeing me so I felt as if I had been a patient of hers for years. The physical exam was very thorough and, for the first time in a very long time, I felt I received skilled care from a primary care provider. Kudos to Dr. K and her entire staff.
