“I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. The attention was prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The commitment and dedication are truly noticeable—thank you for such a great experience!
With the bad service I got, I would give them a 0 star. This is 2 weeks later after appointment and I still don't have my medicines or a letterof accomdation for my job. Oh yet they took cash before the appointment. No real person to talk to. Voicemails after voicemails yet no call back from them.
After a year visiting that office I was told to look for another neurologist and a psychiatrist. The Dr couldn’t find out the reason of my facial droop and he thought it was all mental. Don’t expect to see the Dr at all your appointments. You will see him if there’s a test that requires his intervention otherwise you will see his assistant and all they do is give more medications and no solutions . The office staff is very friendly though.
