The worst experience with dr za… he lost my Mother ultrasound results and when I ask him about the results. He told me I will call you back but he did not call and then I called the office and ask them where is my mom results ?! they told me Doctor he will let you know and he will call you but no one call me and tell me the results.

I called the office to make an appointment and they never updated me on the location change. I went to the location on the screenshot and was told he's in 19 mile now. Smh. The staff who makes the appointment need to let people know where to go. Ascension hospitals need to do a better job at updating this on their end . Don't recommend people to the wrong location after charging thousands of dollars of hospital fees.

Very bad experiences with Dr. Nafea Zayouna employees Colonoscopy & endoscopy was scheduled for my daughter for this morning to be done. After long day yesterday, my daughter drink that medication for the colonoscopy, at 4 pm yesterday they called me and said that they canceled the appointment because they don’t expect our blue Cross insurance ( out of network) I called the office at least 10 times between yesterday and the day before to confirm if the global referral was done, they confirmed that no worries it will be done ... read more

This office does not list their hours and their employees put you on hold and never take you off of hold even after an entire hour of waiting on hold. I've called here 6 times in a row and never got through to anyone to schedule an appointment. Sad that 1 or 2 bad receptionists/office employees reflect how professional this office is to the General public. Very Unprofessional Receptionist!!

The office lady Christina/Christine is beyond rude. Would not allow me to finish explaining my issues, or fears. Interrupts, doesn’t listen nor care! People are scared with diagnosis they don’t understand. Never a reason to be rude. I would have loved to voice my concerns.
