Took my elderly mom to Dr. Ali. Saw her 1 time and passed her off to his nurse practitioner. My mom was a stage 4 kidney patient and was hospitalized for a fall. Dr. Ali failed to correspond with her kidney doctor and didn’t bother to look at her chart. Switched her meds that shut down her kidneys weeks later that caused a toxicity from the drug to build in her aged body. I watched her for a week in ICU die slowly due to his negligence.
