Absolute angel. On very short notice, on a holiday long weekend, got my partner in after what I can only describe as a month long dental nightmare. Took the time to actually listen to her, preform a thorough assessment, and determine that the cause of her month long excruciating pain was a botched root canal(fractured tooth and jaw) from another dental office(Brooks Landing, Nanaimo).Provided her pain relief before even beginning an assessment. I had an excruciating toothache. I saw a dentist during the day, who subscribed antibiotics and told me that the pain would get better soon. By 8 PM, I had so much pain that I felt sick. I called the emergency line; Dr. Stymiest got back to me right away. She was kind, professional and patient. She asked the right questions and advised accordingly. Dr. Stymiest is the most caring dentist i have ever met. She always provides every option, her expert advice, and explains everything in a way someone can understand. She is very gentle and great with people who have dental anxiety. She even makes the first dental visit fun for kids! Highly recommend!
