I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor's office. Their online portal is outdated and nearly useless for accessing important health information. Been calling and calling and calling at all different times of the day to schedule my apt. But I keep getting an answering machine with no one picking up. If this place can't pick up a phone then I already know they are worse inside and with a person's care.

One of the dirtiest doctors office I’ve ever seen. They need to replace the light fixtures that flicker constantly I almost had a seizure. The paperwork they give you is with the worst copy machine you cannot read anything and they give it to patients. The doctor was in flip flops. The ultrasound techs are very nice. The office never answers the phone. Dr. Pierre became my OBGYN a few years ago, as I was in search and in need of a doctor I trusted, felt comfortable with, while also having the knowledge to educate me and guide me in the right direction as such. She truly exemplifies all of these qualities, and makes me feel at such ease everytime I call, or see her for my scheduled visits. Dr. Pierre is highly skilled, dedicated to her work, and prioritizes her patient's first. As a healthcare provider myself, I could not recommend her enough.
