This is one of the worst doctor’s I’ve ever been to. You can call the office over 20 times and no one will pick up. The will never give you a return call nor will they ever give you results over the phone even if you results come in perfectly fine.
They gave me a Saturday appointment for west orange office. They called to confirm my appointment Friday . I drove to the address they gave me which was wrong. I drove to the address online and they said the doctor doesn't come to this office. And he has no Saturday availability. And I was warned that I should see a different doctor. So if you're reading this you are now warned.
Hello Dr.Moaven ..The unprofessional behavior of your office is very slickening. On many occasions, NO one picks up the phone, Voicemail is filled and cannot leave a message. Someone might need an urgent appointment and does not want to go to the hospital because of it being so crowded with Covid patients .. You people just don't answer your damn phone and on many occasions wouldn't even call back, even if a message is left for you. Show your patients that they are a patient, AND NOT JUST BUSINESS FOR YOU. SMH!!!!
Dr. Moaven always displays a pleasant bedside manner. He is always professional and attentive to the needs of my family. He is always willing to spend time explaining things to us so that we understand it. His office is clean and his staff is very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the care that me and my family receive from him and I highly recommend him.
