They made a mistake but very swiftly corrected it. The doctor was also very nice.
Dr Kalantar is a wonderful ear nose and throat surgeon. He is friendly, attentive to detail, and never judgmental. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Unlike other docs these days, he gives you his undivided attention and isn’t distracted typing on a computer during your appointment. I know that sometimes there can be a bit of wait in the waiting room before appointments with him, but I know it’s because he does spend all the time that each patient needs. From the very beginning of the intake process, the front desk team was wonderfully kind and helpful. The doctor patiently answered all my questions with clear explanations and mapped out a perfect treatment plan. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional care—especially for searching for prescription options when my insurance fell short and taking the initiative to ensure my follow-up care was seamlessly arranged!! Had an appointment today @ 9 , I got here at 8:20 . They opened at 9 on the dot and got informed that the doctor was not going to be intell 10. This is a very unfortunate situation due to the policy's in regards to patient's attendance and informing twenty four hours in advance if you can't make an appointment or you'll be charged a significant amount of money for a last minute cancelation.
