Had an appointment today @ 9 , I got here at 8:20 . They opened at 9 on the dot and got informed that the doctor was not going to be intell 10. This is a very unfortunate situation due to the policy's in regards to patient's attendance and informing twenty four hours in advance if you can't make an appointment or you'll be charged a significant amount of money for a last minute cancelation.

Try to make an appointment with Dr Kalantar but unfortunately his answering team some guy by the name of Malvin was very rude and unprofessional sounded like he was super high. When asked to speak to his manager he told me her name was Elizabeth and she formed him that she's not taking any calls for people who want to speak to his manager. They provided very detailed and friendly guidance from the very beginning of the intake process. The doctor patiently answered all of my questions with clear and thorough explanations, and also gave me a perfect, well-structured plan for my future treatment.

Absolutely unbelievable experience. I received authorization around October/November and they scheduled me for APRIL. Because it was urgent, I managed to get an earlier February appointment. I confirmed ahead of time and even called the morning of since I live over an hour away. I drove all the way there the office was CLOSED. No cancellation call, no voicemail, no email, no sign on the door, and nobody answering the phones.
