Absolutely unbelievable experience. I received authorization around October/November and they scheduled me for APRIL. Because it was urgent, I managed to get an earlier February appointment. I confirmed ahead of time and even called the morning of since I live over an hour away. I drove all the way there the office was CLOSED. No cancellation call, no voicemail, no email, no sign on the door, and nobody answering the phones. I wish I could give Dr Kalantar & his office staff a better review than just 5 stars. I have been treated with dignity and compassion by everyone who works at his office. All my questions are answered, regardless of how insignificant they may feel (to me) when I ask them. His staff have always worked with me to accommodate my needs to the best of their abilities. I stuggle to breath, have sleep apnea at night and choke on my food because im forced to breath through my mouth I set my appointment 5 months ago and I'm still here waiting 2 hours for the doctor to see me. I'm going to walk out because I'm starving Smart guy though, he set our appointment on the same day my authorization expires. I'm going to restart the entire process with my primary because a guy who is rushed will rush the operation. And I can't afford to have ANOTHER failed operation
