I came in with a severe daytime toothache triggered by cold liquids. They immediately required a $300 3D CT scan upfront before doing any basic imaging or exam. The scan showed a cavity and a crack, but NO infection. Instead of performing a standard filling to relieve my immediate pain, the staff informed me that they would refuse to do the filling unless I also committed to a night guard or an orthodontic treatment plan.
