The staff was very professional, and Friendly. Dr. Patel answered any questions I had in a manor that was both complete and fully understandable to me.
Dr. Patel is a great doctor. He listens to what you have to say and he doesn’t rush you . His medical assistant Maria is very sweet and she has a lot on her plate. She needs more staff to help him.
Was very nice. Listened and discussed very well. Only problem is very short handed with office staff.
Dr patel is absolutely the best cardiologist ever hands down! He takes the time to listen to you and takes his time to make you feel like a person not a number.
I tried scheduling an appointment here. Left messages for over a week and no call backs. I finally talked to a receptionist and she was unprofessional and sarcastic. I am sure the Dr is great, however the administration side of things are lacking in basic operations. No empathy for clients dealing with sensitive heart problems. I'll be scheduling somewhere else.
