Dr Nash Daniel cancelled my procedure because I dared to ask why they offer jo support with insurance companies. I use the Canadian dental care plan, they require the dental office to make the request otherwise ai would do it myself. He cancelled my surgery on the spot. Then, had me wait another 15 mins at the counter "if wanted my money back" because they charged me before the surgery, which I am not sure is even legal. This was a huge waste of my time. I was referred to Dr. Daniel by my dentist for a consultation. I went to the consultation and was made to feel very comfortable from the beginning of the process. In details options were given, suggestions and recommendations were made allowing me to make an informed decision as to which route I wanted to proceed with regarding my teeth.
