I was super disappointed. My appointment was for 11am. The doctor didn't arrive at the building until 12:43 and didn't come into my room until about 1pm. The first words out of his mouth were, "you're too young to be here don't you think", because heart issues have an age requirement i guess...? He asked me about my recent symptoms and then cut me off to take an international phone call. I got to sit there for 8 minutes while he chatted. He was very uninterested in anything I had to say. Wait time leaves something to be desired. Haven't had any real issues with Dr himself.
I've been going to Dr. Ahmad for almost 15 years now. Dr.Ahmad is a very good doctor. But the wait to see the Doctor is anywhere between 3-4 hours. If you have a appointment, plan to be there 3-4 hours. The staff is never the same. He goes through the staff like every 2 weeks. Like I said, (I've been going to the Doctor almost 15 years.),The only staff member I know is Christy , and she is Great 👍. Every time I go to Ahmad my Blood pressure goes sky high. My anxiety makes me so mad. It just ruins my day.
Dr. Ahmad is a good doctor but extremely difficult to reach because it seems nobody answers phone, I have tried approximately 20 times in one day and only get voice recording and they don't check voice mail
He is an amazing Doctor. I would never change him for another Dr. He is very generous and a caring person. I love his paciencenes he has with me.
