Great Doctor and very nice
Wonderful doctor. Staff can be good if you are there in person. Forget trying to reach him by phone. The staff usually quickly puts me on hold and then hangs up. Dialing again just gets a recording saying they are closed, even during his hours. So the doctor is phenomenal, the staff is so-so.
Very approachable answers questions. Explains in understandable language. Great bedside manner.
This was a bad experience, new to diabetes wasn’t sure what anything meant wasn’t really explained much but given a few packets which were pretty helpful. As far as seeing the doctor, you would be waiting for more then an hour to be called back even if you arrived on time or before your appointment. I was told I was going to be prescribed a couple of different medications but they were never prescribed. This doctor is professional, polite, and kind. However, I want to address the staff. While they are nice and courteous, they need to improve their understanding of patient needs and ensure they perform their duties efficiently. I visited with the intention of managing my diabetes and was informed that my insurance covered the Libre. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me seemed unprepared and was unable to navigate the process effectively.
