Not very good at all . They make you wait ages in the que then when you finally get your call answered they pick up and put it back down again making you ring again and start from number 17 in the que again . When you do get through they tell you they have no appointments. Absolute joke .
I don’t appreciate waiting so long in the que and have them pick up and cut the call numerous times. It’s a nightmare trying to get through to doctors while your at work. They make it as hard as possible to get through to them and get an appointment.
