This facility is not professional and not organized at all. I called on a Thursday morning to schedule an appointment but no one would pick up the phone. After calling several times in a row and no one being available to pick up the phone I decided to let a little time pass before attempting to call back. This Doctors office definitely needs some new staff! They don’t call you back when they say they will and barely answers the phone
Searching for a new pcp been with them for almost a year it hasn’t been the best experience. When trying to refill my meds I left a couple of messages only to be told they’re short staff and someone will get back with me still without my medication. I don’t feel they take a personal interest in me from the beginning the communication has not been good.
I have no idea if Dr. Daniel is any good. Let me explain. I’m new to the area & looking for a new PCP. Called the office on 1/13 for an appointment. Was told I couldn’t have one till they created a file, but they’d have to call me back. Was told it would be no later than 1/14. Never got a call. Called back on 1/16 & explained what happened. Was told they were busy & would call me by the end of the day. Today is 1/17 & no one called.
