This facility is not professional and not organized at all. I called on a Thursday morning to schedule an appointment but no one would pick up the phone. After calling several times in a row and no one being available to pick up the phone I decided to let a little time pass before attempting to call back. I was finally able to get someone on the phone at 11:30am since I started calling at 9:00am. This Doctors office definitely needs some new staff! They don’t call you back when they say they will and barely answers the phone

Searching for a new pcp been with them for almost a year it hasn’t been the best experience. When trying to refill my meds I left a couple of messages only to be told they’re short staff and someone will get back with me still without my medication. I don’t feel they take a personal interest in me from the beginning the communication has not been good.
