Horribly arrogant and rude physician. My husband and I have both had awful experiences with her after years of great care by a Dr. that left this clinic. We were actually demanded to go and have routine blood work done by Lab Corp before Dr. Padilla would see us again. Seriously - during a COVID quarantine she expected us to go to Lab Corp where they are testing... Trifling witch! Transferring our records to a new doctor and DONE with this office.
So unbelievably incompetent and couldn’t do anything. Wound up with 5 referrals! An FP that cant right for an Epi-pen?! Horrible!
Arrogant that shines with stupid. I can't believe I was force to give her one star.
I consistently wait 30-40 minutes for Dr Padilla and once she finally arrives, she spends a very rushed 5 minutes with me, clearly bouncing on her toes and eager to leave, rushing through everything. Last visit I even had to call her back into the room as she tried to leave because she hadn't addressed all my concerns, all of which she writes a referral or perscription for IMMEDIATELY, no further questions asked (I perfer hollistic methods before resorting to meds, no discussion was had about my wants/beliefs/practices). Dismissive, doctor knows best, arrogant, "this is how I run my practice," poor attitude. Don't be fooled, my first visit she she was so friendly, almost nurturing, and she gave me like 5 referrals, only one was actually sent to the specialists, the others I tried calling her administration to have they didn't answer or return calls. My second and last visit, as soon as I questioned why she wanted certain tests done that didn't have to do with any of my concerns, her demeanor changed and she became extremely defensive.
