I took my son to Dr Myers and what I like most is the atmosphere they created personally. Professional and very receptive of family concerns. Will listen attentively and result in a positive experience. I would recommend for sure.
Just experienced the worst customer service ever. Had an appointment for a consult today at 1:30pm. In which they called me and rescheduled my original appointment at 3:30pm because the doctor “wanted to leave early”. I arrived on time and when I walked in the lobby was slam packed as well as the parking lot. It was a man ahead of me speaking with the receptionist “Jo-an”. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Myers. If you are looking for knowledge, professionalism, and patience he is your doctor. I have severe anxiety when it comes to medical procedures and Dr. Myers had the patience of Job. He was determined to get to the root of the problem (pun intended) and he did. Fantastic staff, clean beautiful office, fantastic practice.
Consultation for my daughter to have implants went amazing in November but I have failed to ever get a call back for the estimate. I literally have called 10 times & basically every time I call same thing they can’t find where insurance co received & they will resubmit & call me but that has yet to happen & here it March!!! I did call last week & ask for my consultation fee back because I felt that was fair when I drive an hour and half & can’t even get a call back.
Excellent care, supportive staff, we had a bad experience with another oral surgeon in Valdosta/Moultrie. Dr Myers was well represented and did excellent work.
