I haven’t been impressed with this office at all especially trying to get an appointment scheduled. Good luck getting anyone to call you back to schedule. I’ve been calling to get iron infusions scheduled since 9/2, I called 4 times. The 3rd time I finally got a call back and was told she’d have to call me back because the person she needed to ask a question to was on lunch. Guess what, no call back. After my wife had sat in the room for over two hours thinking that there was something seriously wrong with her. The doc finally came in to tell her that there’s nothing wrong and didn’t know why the original doctor referred her to him. The white blood cell count had gone down in the six weeks between the two tests before the referral. His bedside manner was horrible and basically badgered her about vaping. What a joke.
