My first visit with Dr. Velusamy was being seen by his nurse practitioner. He walked in for a minute and said a few words and left the room. All my visits were like that. He told me I needed to go on cholesterol medicine or I could stroke out. He prescribed the medicine for cholesterol which I began taking. After a stress test and sonograms on both of my legs, it was recommended to fix my leaky veins. Dr. Velsumay really took time with me. His nurse practitioner really took time. Both were really caring in reviewing my medical records. They went over my medical diagnosis. They explained everything & offered a plan. His CNA took time , was kind, & very professional. The receptionists were very polite & friendly. Dr. Velsumay & his staff practice medicine like doctors offices & doctors should! They were excellent!
I'm a 77 year old patient and Dr Velusamy is the best of all the doctors I've been a patient of. He is very caring and extremely thorough. I recommend him without reservation.
