He is the best RA doctor that I have seen (and I have seen four different ones). He listens to you and has a warm, and charming manner.
You go days without much needed meds constantly because refills don't get called in. This is a consistent problem. This time is the worst. When you have to contemplate hospitalization due to no medication there is a serious problem with the do no harm oath a Dr. takes.
I've been going here for 8 years and now this place Absolutely has the worst assistance ever in the history of doctor offices the doctor is awesome but he needs better people helping everyone at the front desk needs to fired!
