I was spoken to dismissively when asking a simple question. The owner James had a terrible disposition and didn’t seem to want my business. I would not recommend this shop.
An awesome store with amazing gear! I called looking for a specific pair of speakers (Realistic Nova-6’s) and talked to James. He went to see if he had a pair and not only did he have them but also said he would hold them for me since I’m in New Orleans and wouldn’t be able to get there immediately. And they were at a really great price! I managed to make it up there the next day and he even had them hooked up and ready for me to audition them. Just getting back into home stereo. I had three to four vintage amps/receivers in mind from research. James had one of the ones that I was looking for and held if for me 3 to 4 days. I live 4 hours away. Item was as described during our conversation via telephone. Good price with 90 day warranty. James assisted with blue tooth and DAC understanding. Unit is installed and working to perfection! Thanks James!

I've had 5 stereo's repaired there and will be picking up another stereo soon that has been repaired there. I have always been happy with them. Expect repairs to take a month or two... long enough that I forget about it.
