I only came to doctor Hayat as a PCP because I didnt have insurance but he is useless as a primary care doctor. I've been requesting for months for him to fill out a form that only my primary care physician can fill out and after months of requesting this he made me come in for an in office visit just to tell me he isnt comfortable filling it out(after one of my specialists already filled out the part that he had a problem with) which now makes me uncomfortable having him as my doctor.
