Dr. Schwab was excellent and very thorough I appreciate how you handle me and his front desk honey she was very funny and very courteous.
Honey at the front desk is very rude, almost yelled at me. He's not very nice either. The work they do is good, but they need to find new staff.
I went to him long time ago and they suck stay away find a new doctor.
Dr. Schwalb was fine. However, I arrived as instructed with 36 ounces water in me. I was ready for the flow test. There is one device and a grumpy person guarding it. She told me I would have to wait. When I explained that it was getting dire, she barked that she did not make the schedule and there were three other people. Then, my payment was applied to another patient's account and I received his appointments...HIPPA violations. The medical treatment was fine, the office needs work.
