I was misjudged by this facility...I was attending there for physical therapy...my doctor sent a referral on the conditions of my back showing that I had a bad bone disease and even mentioned that I will be getting surgery soon..in November I requested a high rise toilet seat and never received it from Dr. Zachariah and then requested it again in December and still nothing..again in January and still never received it.. my surgery was in feb...I started to panic I said to myself omg!
