I saw Dr Hamdan years ago. He was always caring, understanding and helped me with any concerns I had. About a year ago I received a referral to a different hematologist who was closer to my home. This guy was awful. He humiliated me and berated me. I told my PCP I would never go back and stopped going to a hematologist altogether because of it. Recently I was told I needed to go back and I informed my doctor the only way I will go back is if I can go back to Dr. Hamdan. He truly is the best around.
He does NOT listen. He likes to put words in your mouth (my visits are recorded, so I can prove he's dishonest). He is untrustworthy. He would rather push treatment after treatment after treatment instead of just being honest with you.
When I first started with Dr. Hamdan, I was sick and terrified. When I left after my first visit I felt hopeful and comforted that everything would be fine. He assured me he was going to take good care of me and has for the last 4 months. He acted quickly and started me in treatment within a couple of weeks after testing confirmed my disease. He knew exactly how he wanted to treat me and I feel great now. He gets two thumbs up from this patient.
Have always felt comfortable with Dr. H. He takes time to listen when you have something to say. I feel confident with him being my doctor!!
I have been with Dr.Hamdan for15 years and would not go to any one else!!! He is my angel!! He got me thru two different primary stage 4 cancers.
