Dr Mustafa is nice but his front desk staff including the office manager are non-cooperative. I am contemplating changing the office because of the staff
The doctor is nice but the Staff are sone of the rudest people I have ever experienced and I am a manager for a doctor's office myself. If I were their manager I will fire every single person that was rude to the patient. They act like the patient is stupid and are very condescending! They were huffing and puffing annoyed that they had to enter the long med list. Just purely unprofeasional! Unfortunately for us the doctor is known to us personally and is good. Unfortunately the staff or one staff member felt it ok to tell my son that if he did not have anything wrong with his heart I just felt they could have a bit more empathy for the patients that are coming in and really don’t know how to navigate the health care system
Excellent doctor. I can highly recommend him.
