Bad manners dr. We had an appointment at 10, came at 9:45 , noticed that there are 4 people that have appointment at 10, dr hasn’t arrived yet, at 10:15 the nurse lead us to the smaller room inside, 11 o clock I asked when we gonna see the dr , the nurse said he is reviewing her chart, at 11:20 he comes in , offers no apology for the waisted time and asks why are you here, I asked you don’t have the blood work results, he says no let’s try to get them, which means more waiting time, I complained to him that we waisted enough... read more

No compassion or empathy whatsoever. Terrible bedside manner. Not someone you want to talk to when your family member is extremely critical in icu.
