Dr musa, always takes his time with me and always answers everything I ask him, I don’t get how anyone could have a problem with him and i would refer him to anyone, the switch to pioneer health seems to b hard to have someone getting back to ya though, hopefully that changes !!

Dr Musa is the best primary care doc around. He takes all complaints seriously and orders testing as needed. He is very responsive via patient portal and quick at refilling prescription requests. I have never had any issues with him as my doctor for the last 5+ years. Calling the office can be frustrating having to deal with the staff/ call center of unity but that doesn’t change my view on Dr. Musa being a great doctor!
Good doctor, but the office moved. I was not notified. I then went to the new building, and the door was locked. I then received a $25 bill for not showing. Poor communication. I will not go back to this doctor, and will likely also not use Unity Healthcare as well.
DO NOT waste your time with this imposter! I went to him while suffering from exhaustion. His only suggestion was to get more sleep, and sent me back to 60+ hour work weeks. I contracted covid, and he again sent me back to a 60+ hour work week while I was still testing positive! His only remedy was to take baby aspirin. “Some people test positive for months.” A week later, I was forced to quit my job! Please, for your health, finances, and well being, FIND A REAL DOCTOR, NOT THIS USELESS IMPOSTER!
