The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and easy to get along with. I went in for a custom muffler replacement piece. There was a steep price increase from the initial quote, but that wasn't really his fault as sourcing clamps like he did can get pricy. He was very understanding and knew exactly what I wanted and pulled it off. Heck, he even stayed after hours to finish it up since I needed the truck the next day.
