I have had two virtual appointments with Dr Fazal to replacement my cpap machine. I was set up and received my sleep analysis last year. Since then I’ve received phone calls and no answer as to when I would get the replacement needed for my sleep disorder. I understand that COVID is a big concern, but all I had to do was call Rotech and they told me that they where not replacing machines. Patient 1st.
