I have been seeing Dr. Khawaja for many years now. I've never had to wait an extended period of time, and I have only seen Dr. K. I don't understand how you cannot see the doctor if you haven't seen him ask! He's very thorough and takes his time to listen to his patience and to discuss possible resolutions. His compassionate, understanding, and I feel he has his patience. Best interest at heart.

Originally started with him 4 years ago but now all you get are PA’s. Office staff is horrible. They are more interested in proving you wrong than helping you. Service is of no concern to any of the staff! With the original doctor having no presence stay away!

After being there for a good 2 years they never once saw my mother every 3 months. My mother is now out of diabetic medication and now all of a sudden she needs to come in? They would rather her be out of medication then write her a prescription for DIABETIC MEDICATION. During the COVID-19 pandemic you would think they would actually care about their patients. Not once in 2 years had we even met the Doctor at this facility. I would steer clear. They don’t care about you, just billing your insurance to get their cut.

I have never actually seen Dr, Khawaja. Normally seem by a PA. Never seem to be able to keep PA or NP's. The latest cost increase is you either have to be seen for prescription refills or a sick care visit. They will not see you for both. So you are left either paying twice to see them or choosing whether you are more sick or need your prescriptions refilled. I will not be going back. Its a shame you can't leave less than 1 star!

I totally agree with the other posted comment about the service that gets provided is less than acceptable. I've been with Dr. Khawaja for at least 7yrs. I've probably not seen him in 3. I have diabetes and my prescriptions get refilled every 3 months so I visit at least 4 times a year. This practice has just gotten to big and I'm, in part, to blame as I referred folks early when treatment was good.

I used to be completely happy with Dr. K, but over the past couple of years, service has gone downhill. The practice is expanding at the cost of patient care. It is impossible to get proactive service for critical med refills which is dangerous. Staff response to phone calls and voice mails is atrocious. You never get to actually see Dr. K anymore. You always get stuck seeing one of the PAs and never Dr. K. I've waited all I can for service to improve, so I'm seeking a new PCP.
