Dr patel should no longer be servicing patients. He has no empathy or professionalism. When trying to explain my needs, he continues to argue with me, the patient and belittle my request. Dr Patel has no bedside manner and choice of action is to simply medicate. I arrived for my 8:30 a.m. appointment with Dr. Patel at 8:06 a.m. as instructed, since they asked me to arrive 20 minutes early. This was my first visit, and I had waited several months for this appointment. I was called back by the nurse within 10–15 minutes. She took her time getting my vitals and going over my health history and was done by 8:39 a.m., letting me know the doctor would be in shortly.
