I could have ordered my lawn tractor part from the US for a lot less cost (incl exchange and shipping), but wanted to buy Canadian. An added bonus of buying Canadian is I should receive the part quicker, or atleast I thought. 20 days after ordering, my order status is still in "preparing shipment". My email and first voicemail message went unanswered. I did finally have someone pick up on a subsequent call and was told the part is in shipment to them.
