About half a year ago (leaving this review now because I’ve since completed all necessary procedures and have X-rays proving the truth), I visited this clinic for an appointment regarding wisdom tooth pain. First, the pricing was misleading. When I booked, I was told the consultation would cost around $40. No one asked whether I had insurance or not. At the end, I was charged over $100. Alex Movshovich is the best dentist! We have been coming for his services from far out of town for many years, and will not switch to anyone else! Highly recommend!
I cannot express how unprofessional and incompetent this clinic is! They quoted me 7,000 CAD to create abutments at a factory for my implant. Later they informed me that the price was much higher but claimed they couldn't proceed because it was too complicated. But in reality all they needed to do was search online for compatible abutments. I found a solution for only 1,000 CAD without any issues at another place. Stay as far away from this “clinic” as you can!
Mark and his assistant are very professional, fast and do quality job! It’s been four years I didn’t have any issues with my teeth, came for checkup today, everything was fine
