Incompetence at its finest. My first appt to set up as a new patient went fine, paid my copay, told them I wanted blood work and a referral to my ObGyn. That was Dec 22. They made me a follow up appt for Jan 23. I assumed it was for the blood draw. I arrived Jan 23, paid my copay, and was sent back to a room. Dr E came in and asked what I was in for today. I said I have no idea, I assumed it was a blood draw because at the Dec 22 appt, this follow up was made. I also informed him that I had not heard from my ObGyn office yet... read more
