Dr. Ilbeigi is a very caring, compassionate, and concerned Dr. The best I have ever had!
The doctor treated my father in the hospital and requested a follow-up visit. I tried for two weeks to get an appointment and could not get past the receptionist.
I am writing this for my mom who asked we make people aware of what a horrible experience she has had with this office and MD. She is of course seeing Dr. Ilbeigi for pain mgmt and her back is in horrible condition. She has 5 ruptured vertebrae, nerve compression, arthritis, etc. Working with the office personnel has been nothing short of frustrating. Dr.LIbeigi has treated me and my wife four the last 4 years due to a change in insurance it was necessary to change pain management. Both of use feel he is understanding and has feelings about our pain. He has always given the proper medication as when needed. we will miss him.
Great doctor would highly recommend
This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a dr. Demanded numerous dr reports be faxed before an appt and then claimed they never received them. Lied and told me that they accepted my insurance (which is listed as one of their accepted insurances on this website) just to get me in to appt then demanded 20% in payment for expensive surgery my insurance would cover. Kept me in pain for 3 weeks while I jumped thru hoops to get an appt. In my opinion not a caring place.
