Dr. Ward is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and eager to help. She takes the time to listen and explain and never makes you feel rushed. I am a retired primary care physician, so I know first-hand how challenging it can be to spend the time to deliver top-notch medical care. It can take a while to get an appointment with her because her style and expertise have put her in high demand, but she is definitely worth the wait!
He saved my life. Not only have I been healthy enough to get 2 knee replacements, I no longer have a horrible cough associated with congested heart failure.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Reiss does not rush you thru but takes time to discuss your health since the last visit. Has always accommodated my requests for assistance.

The following are my opinions. Your experiences may differ. I found this provider to be somewhat unprepared. He seemed to go through the motions fairly quickly without adequate digging or investigating. I found him to be mediocre. I did find the office to be, at times, unprofessional.
I have been seeing Dr. Usry for several years and he has always provided good care. He is all business when I go and that may be perceived as not friendly but his care and willingness to answer questions is what is important to me.
