I ordered my herbs on December 9th, 2022 and I have yet to receive my product. I sent an email to find out where is my order and I get an email back (written by Stephanie) stating that they will refund a one time shipping back to me for the delay. As of yet, I have yet to get a response or current status of my package.<br />

My regrets for ordering from Dr. Morse, based on a recommendation from a friend about the quality of the products I foolishly placed my order for quite a bit of money. I received an alert from the Postal Serice that the package had arrived at 9:`16pm. I happened to be on the porch from 8:45 pm to 9:30 pm so I was very surprised to received that notice. Our company has been in contact with the member/customer since this post and the issue has been resolved. Her shipment arrived via the original shipping method (USPS) on Monday (4/5/21) afternoon.
This is an amazing company and their products are extremely effective. Very high-quality. I have worked under a couple of herbalist and I have to say that I am very surprised at how low their pricing is for the quality of their product. $25 for 1:4.3 tinctures, $27 for 7 ounces of herbs of his quality is a steal. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Even if they can't take your call they get back to you right away by email or a phone call back. Love this company. Will continue to buy product from them for years to come.
I am shocked and disturbed at what Robert M. discusses on his website, Youtube channel, and that he charges thousands of dollars for herbs that can be otherwise purchased at a fraction fo the cost. Most concerning is that there is no mental health questionnaire when a "Clinician" speaks with a customer, there is no determination if the customer would be better off with traditional medical procedures and medicine VS drinking grape juice (m****). This is one of the most honest and friendly companies I have ever dealt with. Every order (12) has been perfect. I started leaving a "note to shipping" when I ordered saying "Great job! You guys rock!"... ....Then one day out of the blue, I got an email from the sales director thanking me for the kind words. Awesome!
