Dr. Murad the best dentist and his amazing staff!
I have been a patient of Dr Murad since he took over from Dr Harper in 1995. He is a superb dentist whose professional expertise is matched by his personal integrity. Even during the years when I lived about an hour for Toronto, I never entertained the notion of finding another dentist. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It’s difficult to reach the clinic by phone, and they lack a reminder system like other clinics. Additionally, the receptionist falsely claimed that they had sent me reminder texts, when in fact, I didn't receive even one. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced.
He's been so down to earth, honest, and knowledgeable that I will continue to visit him for my dental needs for years to come!
