My personal opinion: Terrible listener, unkind demeanor, poor comprehension of what he’s hearing (when he chooses to stop interrupting long enough to hear something), and lazy approach to care. He couldn’t have been less interested in helping me during our very routine video visit, and I would never recommend him to anyone, for anything,
He listens, he cares and most importantly he is knowledgeable.
