I am so fortunate having Dr Morgan Koepke as my Dr...Mary is wonderful too...HOWEVER...Dr Koepke needs to get a new medical assistant. Marcy doesn't return calls...she's rude!
AmeriHealth Caritas (An Ohio Medicaid Insurance Company) assigned her to me as my new PCP. When I called to set a new patient appointment, the receptionist Marcy found out I was on Medicaid, placed me on hold for 15 minutes. When she returned to the call her tone was rude and told me, "Dr. Morgan Koepke isn't accepting any new medicaid patients right now. Only Charles Koepke is and you're going to have to change that through your insurance provider first." This is unacceptable, and her office needs to contact AmeriHealth.
Dr. Morgan is wonderful. She not only takes great care of me but my parents as well. I do wish her office was more physically accessible as a person with some mobility issues.
So caring, I have recommended her quite a few times
