My experience at Dr. Ferguson’s office was wonderful! I am a nervous dental patient and have experienced anxiety due to a past traumatic dental experience. Christi took the time to carefully examine my teeth before beginning the cleaning and explained what she was doing along the way. She also educated me about my gums and teeth demonstrating both knowledge and genuine kindness. At one time we took short breaks and simply talked about family. Christy cleaned my teeth today. All was great as she was most gentle on me with no irritation at all. A most pleasant visit, which includes a super job at the front desk.
Dr. Ferguson is very thorough and explains everything. I have total confidence in his ability and appreciate his genuine concern. Highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and his staff.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ferguson and his whole team. I’ve had my implant for at least 5 years now with zero issues.
I would not recommend going to Dr Ferguson. He was rude and condescending. He doesn’t listen to his patient. I was seriously shocked at the way he talked to me! He was adamant on doing perio surgery on my gums and very upset that I didn’t want to have the surgery. I had an abscess with a deep pocket due to trapped food. I had that area deep scaled and took an antibiotic. when I went back to have it checked by my general dentist the pocket depth decreased by 4 mm.
