I have never met such a caring, thoughtful and a truly wonderful man as well as a professional doctor and a great human being. Dr. Tarlow cares about his patients. My entire family can atest to his kindness and his professionalism especially to my late father Jack. My mother knows this as well. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for Dr. Tarlow.
