I entered into an agreement with Dr.Mopar's high performance shop in Burlington NC. to build a motor for me. Christopher Ketteman received $6442 to build a poly stroker using my engine. After over 2yrs of Mr. Ketteman having my motor, I decided not to have him perform the work and requested a refund!
